    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 Weetbix biscuits, crumbled
    1/2 cup dried dates, chopped and pitted
    1 egg
    1/4 cup mashed banana
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 table spoons granulated splenda
    1/4 cup milk, 2%
    1 tsp vanilla
    1ml salt
    1/4 cup of water


Makes 12 muffins - grease muffin tin and preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.

2. Add splenda, milk and egg and beat well.

3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

4. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
