Ingredients

    bean sprouts
    bamboo shoots
    waterchestnuts
    celery
    carrots
    onions
    pork loin
    mushrooms

Directions

Heat oil. Stir fry celery, carrots and onions When almost done add meat. When heated add mushrooms, beansprouts, bamboo shoots. Use a chow mein seasoning mix that has been mixed as the package directed. Stir Fry one more minute
