    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 4 berry
    dairy fresh lactose free low fat milk 1% milk, 1 cup
    Peaches, fresh, 0.25 cup slices


Add ingredients to blender, blend. enjoy!
