Ingredients

1 cup Cooked Wheat Berries
1/2 cup chopped Almonds, you could use walnuts or whatever other nut you enjoy
1 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 medium fresh Tomato chopped, remove seeds
1 Tbsp Honey
1/3 cup Non fat Plain Yogurt
1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint

Directions
Soak wheat berries overnight, cook about 1 1/2 hours till tender. Drain, rinse, and cool.
Mix yogurt, honey, and mustard in a bowl. Chop nuts, mint, and tomato, add to bowl. Add cooked wheat berries and place in refrigerator to cool, up to 2 hours for flavors to meld together.
