4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 - 14oz can of pineapple chunks, juice reserved
3 - medium yams, cut into chunks
1 cup barbeque sauce
Arrange yams around the chicken.
Cover chicken and yams with pineapple chunks and reserved pineapple juice, then top with barbeque sauce.
Bake @ 450 for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear and yams are tender.
