This is one of my favorite lunch's This is one of my favorite lunch's
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 0.2 cup(remove)
    Celery, raw, 0.2 cup, diced(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.2 cup, chopped(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.2 cup, strips(remove)
    Zucchini, baby, 20 grams(remove)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 4 serving(remove)
    *CORN KERNAL CANNED, 0.2 cup(remove)
    *Chick Peas, 0.2 cup(remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin,, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb cooked(remove)
    *Baby Carrot, 0.2 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.2 cup, chopped

Directions

Chop all veggies and add chick peas and corn serve with pre cooked chicken breast (no skin)
