Zucchini, 600 grams
Plain white flour (UK), 60 g
Dill weed, fresh, 1 cup sprigs
Egg, fresh, 4 medium
Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
Serve warm or cold.
You may add some feta cheese in the mixture or sprinkle some grated cheese on top and melt it before serving.
