Chicken Fajitas

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast
    1-2 green bell pepper (cut in halves)
    1 md onion (cut into quarters)

    Marinade:
    2 oz. lime juice
    1 1/2 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

    Toppings:
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream

Tips

IMPORTANT:
pat the chicken dry of the marinade before grilling and remove marinade off of vegetables prior to grilling


Directions

combine and use half of the marinade for the chicken for at least 30 minutes and the other half on the vegetables for at least 30 minutes.

Grill all until cooked thoroughly (chicken until no longer pink and vegetables until tender)

Slice chicken and vegetables and arrange into tortillas with a sprinkling of cheese and sour cream

Serving Size: Makes 6 fajita filled tortillas
