    Jaceug's potato and spinach mash, 0.5 serving (
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 tablespoons
    Chilli flakes, 2ml
    baking powder, 2ml


1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth 'dough'.
2. Fry tablespoons of the batter in a skillet sprayed with no calorie vegetable spray.
