Introduction

This is super fast. Anyone can make it. It's fabulous on toasted rolls with your favorite green leafs. Wonderful flavors. Works well with dill too! This is super fast. Anyone can make it. It's fabulous on toasted rolls with your favorite green leafs. Wonderful flavors. Works well with dill too!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    20 lg. shrimp or approx. 1 lb of pre-cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. of light or fat free mayo
    1 T. fresh tarragon
    1 T. fresh parsley
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Tips

I made a toasted roll sandwich with it. Toast low cal hotdog buns. Add your favorite green leafs and the salad. So delicious and simple.


Directions

Thaw and coursely chop the shrimp. Add the remaining ingredients. Keep refrigerated.
