The Best Fresh Tomato Salsa

    3 cups choppes tomatoes
    1/2 cup fresh banana peppers chopped
    1 cup diced onion
    4 garlic cloves minced
    1/4 cup minced cilantro
    2 TB fresh lime juice
    4 tsp chopped jalapeno peppers (about 1/2 pepper)
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper


once everything is chopped and minced, just mix it together in a big bowl. I used a food processor to cut up the veggies. Super tasty!
