Spam fried rice

Introduction

This is a very tasty dish! This is a very tasty dish!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3.5 cups white rice cooked (leftover is best from day before!)
    1 medium onion diced
    3 small carrots diced
    1 serving of spam, one serving is plenty
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp chicken broth
    2 medium scallions diced
    pinch of salt
    pinch of black pepper
    pinch of celery seed
    1 tsp coriander, ground

Tips

Tastes great with sriracha!

Directions

Heat a large wok with canola oil.
Stir fry diced carrots, onion and spam with soy sauce Add chicken broth and spices.
Add eggs, beaten. Stir until eggs are fully cooked.
Add the white rice and stir until completely mixed together.
Add the scallions.
