Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts w/ Turkey Bacon, Mushrooms, & Onion

Just made this up, wanted something different as a veggie Just made this up, wanted something different as a veggie

Ingredients

    1 tbsp chopped Onion, raw
    1 tbsp chopped Mushrooms, fresh
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    2 slices Turkey Bacon
    1 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    12 Frozen Brussels sprouts

Directions

1. Sautee turkey bacon, mushrooms and onion in olive oil.
2. When browned, stir in flour until oil is absorbed.
3. Add about 1/2 cup water, vinegar & sugar, this should thicken quickly.
4. Add brussels sprouts until they start to cook.
5. Finish cooking brussels sprouts in microwave for about 4 minutes to complete cooking

Serving Size: makes 1-2 servings
