    Herbalife Formula 1 vanilla meal packet.
    1 cup oikos plain greek yogurt
    Organic pumpkin - half a can (approx. 1 cup)
    Silk Almond milk unsweetened
    Stevia liquid drops - vanilla, 3 droppers full (approx. 12 drops)
    Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg to taste.
