-
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
Plums, 8 fruit (2-1/8" dia)
Grapes, 1 cup, seedless, sliced in half
Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
**Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 4 packets

*$ed Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Tips
Directions
Use a large saute pan with a lid or a large sauce pan with a lid.
Pit and cut up plums (don't peel), slice berries and grapes. Combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice, zest, vanilla and balsamic vinegar in the pan. Bring to a boil, turn to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 30-45 minutes, checking and stirring every 15 minutes or so. Break up the cooking fruit as it softens and releases juices.. Uncover and continue simmering for 15-20 minutes, until the liquid reduces to a jammy consistency. Remove from heat and cool. It will thicken further as it cools/
