Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    30gm Sunflower Seeds
    30gm Pine Nuts
    30gm Sliced/flaked almonds
    30gm sesame seeds
    30gm roughly chopped pecans
    50gm linseeds (ground or whole)
    20gm shredded coconut
    30gm puffed rice
    20gm puffed millet

(I got all the ingredients in the bulk bins at the supermarket, except the puffed millet and puffed rice which I got in the cereal aisle)

Directions

Simply mix all ingredients together and serve with a couple of tablespoons of yoghurt and some mixed berries. My first taste I though ''ho hum' a bit dry, but when mixed through properly so the flavours of various ingredients mingled and had with the yoghurt and berries it was fine..and if it helps with constipation etc as it should with the fibre and linseeds then its all good!

I split a batch into 5 serves into ziplock bags so I can 'Grab'n'Go if in a rush - be sure to mix it up before serving so a good proportion of each ingredient is in each serve as some items are heavier and sink to the bottom.

I tend to bag up the four serves as soon as batch is made, then its no hassle each morning - just grab a bag, a pottle of yoghurt some berries and go. Does have high calorie and fat count so not too often I guess. Could remove/reduce the higher fat ingredients if you wanted though
