Apple cake with raisins

Ingredients

Apples, fresh, 6 small
Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Raisins, 1 cup
Yogurt, 1 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Egg, fresh, 3 large
Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
Flour, white, 2.5 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Tips
You may powder with confectioner's sugar when the cake is ready.
Directions
Grate the apples and mix with the raisins, cinnamon and the chopped walnuts
Mix the eggs with the sugar.
Add a cup of water to the yogurt and mix well. Add the baking soda. Add to the beat eggs once the yogurt mixture rises.
Mix the apples and the eggs and add the flour one spoon at a time mixing constantly until the mixture thickens.
Spread the oil over a large baking tray and sprinkle with flour.
Spread the cake mixture into the tray and bake at 190C (375F) for 40 min or until a toothpick comes out dry from the middle of the cake.
