Submitted by: T_BARROWS61

Introduction

This a wonder way to add variety to your chicken dishes. However this is NOT the calorie counters friend. I have fixed this for family and friends; its always been a hit. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

2lbs Boneless/Skinless Chicken breast (sliced in 1/2" strips)
1/2 c Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
    1/4 c Honey
    1/4 c Light corn syrup
    1/4 c Mayonnaise
    1lb Bacon (cooked and diced)
    1lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
    1-1/2 c Shredded Cheese (I prefer a blend)

Tips

I prefer fresh mushrooms but canned stems and pieces may be used, will need to drain canned mushroom well before use.... I have also make this dish with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and omitted the fresh mushrooms.

Directions

1. Fry sliced chicken breast until almost done. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Cooked chopped bacon until crispy and let drain.
2. Mix Honey Mustard Salad Dressing, honey corn syrup and Mayonnaise together.
3. Place chicken in bottom of backing dish, sprinkle bacon and mushroom across top of chicken, Even pour mixture over top of everything. Add Shredded Cheese to cover top completely.
4. Place covered dish in preheated oven and back for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.

Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
Make 4 to 6 servings (approximately 1/2 cup.)
