Cauliflower stir fry with steak

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp

    * Ginger Root, 3 tsp minced

    * Cauliflower, raw, .75 head, large (6-7" dia) chopped in rice size [IF you have a food processor use that to do this]

    * Mushrooms, fresh 1 small package sliced

    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp

    * 12 oz Ribeye Steak chopped in cubes

    * Onion, chopped 1/4 cup

Directions

Saute steak, onions, and mushrooms with butter.

Add in soy sauce, ginger root, and lastly cauliflower.

****NOTE: add in cauliflower very last and ONLY cook for 1-2 minutes otherwise it will get soggy.****

Serving Size: makes 4 equal servings
