Turkey & Pork Meatballs

Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 1 lb
    Ground Pork, 1 lb
    Garlic, 3 clove, minced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Brown Rice, 1 cup. cooked & cooled

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. With a medium size ice cream scoop, scoop out and plop meat mixture on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 15 2 meatball servings
