Introduction

I went to the farmers market and picked up some beautiful peppers and a spaghetti squash and couldn't wait to try this out. It's as easy as throwing items together and stiring your way to yumminess I went to the farmers market and picked up some beautiful peppers and a spaghetti squash and couldn't wait to try this out. It's as easy as throwing items together and stiring your way to yumminess
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Spaghetti Squash
    1 Green Pepper chopped into bite size pieces
    1 Sweet Red Pepper chopped into bite size pieces
    1 Summer Squash chopped into bite size pieces
    1 Zucchini Squash chopped into bite size pieces
    1/2 an onion chopped to desired size
    1 tsp garlic chopped
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup Parmeasn Cheese grated

Directions

Microwave spaghetti squash until a knife goes in easily then spoon out into a bowl
Cut veggies into bight sized pieces and add to oil and garlic in a frying pan. Cook till tender .
Add spaghetti squash and cook till warm.
Add seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, etc)
Searve with a sprinkle of cheese on to.

Serving Size: 1 cup
