Grilled chicken on spinach, tomatoes, and Parm

Ingredients

    *Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    *Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    *Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    *Cucumber peeled and sliced, 1/2 of a medium
    *Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp

Tips

If you want more flavor season your chicken before grilling. :-)


Directions

1. Preheat grill and coat chicken with olive oil spray.

2. Grill

3. Mix chicken with spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese

4. Drizzle with low-carb dressing of choice, but remember to add the nutritional value for this.
