Autumn tasting Smoothie

Introduction

There is no squash in this, but it taste like an Autumn smoothie to me. There is no squash in this, but it taste like an Autumn smoothie to me.

Ingredients

    Good Idea, that calculator doesn't give me the option to say a Pinch or Shake... LOL

    Start with one cup unsweetened soy milk
    add 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    add 1 small fresh banana Start blending
    add 1 frozen chopped large banana
    add 1 cup frozen mango chunks
    drop in 3 ice cubes
    3 small quick shakes of cinnamon
    2 small quick shakes of ground cloves
    a small pinch of nutmeg

Tips

This is so good I had a hard time not drinking it all in one sitting!


Directions

Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
Start blending slowly after fresh banana
Increase speed to fast
open hole in top to drop in remaining ingredients while continuing to blend

Serving Size: makes 3 one cup servings
