This recipe comes from the back of the Chia Seed packet. I wouldn't call it "pudding" but it is close enough that you feel like you are eating a decadent treat. Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Chia Seeds, Raw, 4 tbsp
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
    *Agave Nectar (Amber), 4 tbsp
    *Carob Powder (Chatfield's), 2 tbsp
    *Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Tips

The carob and vanilla are optional. The recipe said to flavor as desired.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until chia seeds absorb liquid.

Serving Size: makes 2 1/2-cup servings
