Bob's Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 package Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
10 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces or shredded
10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted
2 cans Campbells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Tips
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Put 1 pie crust in bottom of pan. Mix chicken, soup and vegetables and pour into pan. Top with second crust and crimp edges. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cover edges of crust with foil for the last 15 minutes to prevent it from over browning.
