Breakfast Casserole

Introduction

My mother-in-law made this and I had not ever tried it, but fell in love with it. It is simple and quick. My mother-in-law made this and I had not ever tried it, but fell in love with it. It is simple and quick.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Shredded hashbrowns
    shredded cheddar cheese
    eggs
    diced ham
    milk
    butter, melted

Tips

I make sure egg is cooked through before I call it done.


Directions

Grease 9x13" pan. Break hashbrowns up into shreds. Press between paper towels to remove moisture. Put in pan and drizzle melted butter over. Bake 25 min at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle ham and cheese on top.

Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean (usually another 10 min)

Serving Size: Makes 8 2" pieces
