COF Broccoli Stir Fry

Introduction

I was just cleaning out my fridge of all the veggies that will go bad soon. I was just cleaning out my fridge of all the veggies that will go bad soon.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1 tsp garlic
    4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
    2 cups sweet peppers, chopped
    1 cup asparagus, chopped
    1 cup onions, chopped
    2 tbs teryaki sauce
    2 chicken breasts
    2 cups water

Tips

marinade chicken 30 minutes or so.


Directions

1. chop your vegetables
2. satay garlic and ginger in olive oil
3. Add vegetables to Wok
4. add water to wok, steam veggies
5. chop chicken and marinade in teriyaki sauce
6. when veggies are soft pour into strainer
7. cook chicken in wok
8. when chicken is cooked, add veggies
9. eat with rice
