    Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 4 1tsp (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Oats, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.25 cup, hulled (remove)
    Pumpkin Seeds, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Poppy seed, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove)
    *Yeast (Red Star Bread Machine Yeast), 1.25 tsp (remove)
    *Nuts - Mixed Nuts (Peanuts, Cashews, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Macadamias, Pecans), Great Value, 28 gram(s) (remove)

I used a bread bakery. Put ingredients in the bakery as directed for your machine.
To make without a machine. Put yeast in luke warm water for 5 minutes. Mix together all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add mixed yeast-water to the bowl and mix well. Place in a greased bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Place in a warm, draft-free space for 1 1/2 hours to rise. Then make loaf and place on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise for an hour then bake @ 400 for 30 minutes. When cool Cut into 24 slices.
