White Bean Dip

Introduction

Great with Veggies or crackers / pita Great with Veggies or crackers / pita
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Can (15 oz) White Beans (Canellini)
    1/3 cup good quality Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp lemon juice or to taste
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Italian herbs or herbs de provence or to taste
    1/2 tsp smoked Paprika
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Tips

Best if sits in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to let flavor meld. Herbed Olive Oil adds an additional depth of flavor. Adjust seasonings to personal taste.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings
