Karen's Company Eggs 1/20th of pan

Introduction

This is not my recipe, but she doesn't mind if I share it. Very simple & taste, high in sodium, though. This is not my recipe, but she doesn't mind if I share it. Very simple & taste, high in sodium, though.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    12 large eggs

    1 cup milk (2%)

    1 loaf white bread, cut into cubes

    1lb pork sausage, browned & drained

    1lb bacon, fried & drained


Directions

Brown & drain sausage & bacon separately. Beat eggs with milk. Cut bread into cubes. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray, layer bread, bacon & sausage, pour egg mixture over and let sit in the fridge overnight. Put in 350F oven, covered with foil, for 1 hour, then uncover for 10 min until golden brown on top.

Serving Size: makes 20 servings, unless you want a larger amount - adjust accordingly
