BANANA OAT MUFFINS

Ingredients

3 Cups flour
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2/3 cups sugar 2/3 cup splenda
or 1 1/2 cups of either
1 1/2 teas. baking powder
1 1/2 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 1/2 cups nonfat yogurt
2 egglands best egg or 1/2 cup of egg substitute
1 teas vanilla
mix dry ingredients together
mix bananas -yogurt-eggs-and vanilla in big bowl add dry ingredients to it.
spray muffin tins I used 1/4 cup of batter in each cup
i smashed the pecans into very small pieces and then some on top of each muffin
