Garlic Paprika Pork Loin



Introduction

Roasted pork loin rubbed with garlic, paprika, and herbs. Roasted pork loin rubbed with garlic, paprika, and herbs.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. pork tenderloin, trimmed of excess fat
    3 garlic cloves
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. smoked paprika
    1 tsp. coarse sea salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried basil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mash garlic, herbs, spices, and olive oil in a mortar and pestle or food processor
3. Rub mixture thoroughly over pork and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
4. Place pork in roasting dish and cook 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Let meat rest 15 minutes before slicing
