Ingredients

    1/3 Cup low fat plain yogurt
    1 Scoop soy and whey creamy vanilla protein powder
    1 Cup frozen berries
    1/2 Cup lowfat 1% milk
    1 packet or less of all natural stevia

Tips

Try it first, you may not need any stevia. I like my smoothies sweet so I added about half a packet.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: makes about 1 1/2 c smoothie
