50/50 Rice

Introduction

I am not crazy about brown rice, so this is how I make it. Now I can't even tell it is in there. I am not crazy about brown rice, so this is how I make it. Now I can't even tell it is in there.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c. long grain white rice
    1/2 c. long grain brown rice
    2 c. water

Directions

Put all in saucepan, bring to boil, cover, and simmer 20 min. Remove from heat, and let set covered for 5-10 min.

Serving Size: makes 4 half cup servings.
