Their grahams are softer and thicker than the crackers you buy in the store, so they make awesome ice cream sandwiches. I'm sure regular graham crackers could be substituted, but I HIGHLY recommend you use the Grateful Grahams instead.

Ingredients

    3 Chocolate Grateful Grahams
    1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
    1 TBS natural peanut butter

Tips

You can mix this up by trying different nut butters, using the regular flavored Grateful Grahams instead of chocolate, or mixing in things like chocolate chips or coconut.


Directions

Place frozen banana pieces in a food processor. Add peanut butter. Turn the food processor on and let it run for a about a minute, then scrape the sides with a spatula. Repeat as many times as necessary until bananas and peanut butter are blended and in the consistency of soft serve ice cream.

Cut each graham in half. Spoon 1/3 of banana soft serve on one cracker half, top with the another cracker half. Repeat 2 more times.

Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, then with foil, then place in a zip lock bag. Freeze at least 4-6 hours.

Serving Size: 1 sandwich
