Slow Cooker Whole Chicken Stew

Ingredients

    Whole Roasting Chicken, 3 lbs.
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
    Water, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Marjoram to taste
    Parsley, chopped, 1/2 cup

Directions

Put chicken, soup, water, spices in pot and cook on high for two hours. Add vegetables except for parsley, cook on high for two more hours. Stir in parsley during last 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 serving is 1/8 chicken, sauce, and vegetables.
