Bacon and Broccoli stuffed Manicotti

Ingredients

1 8 oz box manicotti shells, cooked
12 oz bacon, cooked til crisp
2 c broccoli, steamed then chopped small
1 c cottage cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 c pasta sauce
3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Tips
Directions
Cook the bacon til crisp. Meanwhile, steam broccoli. Cook Manicotti shells according to package, for further baking.
In large bowl, combine ricotta, cottage cheese and Parmesan.
Crumble bacon and chop broccoli. (I used food processor) then add to the cheese mix.
spray baking dish with no stick spray, and put a thin layer of pasta sauce on bottom. arrange stuffed shells in single layer in baking dish. Spoon more pasta sauce on top. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or til hot and bubbly.
