Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 500 grams
    Garlic, 2 clove
    *Corn Oil, 1 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Corn Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Beef: Prior to cooking, season beef sirloin with salt and pepper. Then saute in heated corn oil and butter together with garlic until golden brown. Add the Kikoman soy sauce and mix. Allow to simmer.
Side Dish: Saute garlic and onion in heated oil and butter. Add the other vegetables. Add water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice.
