Introduction

muffins or pan muffins or pan

Ingredients

    1/4 cup oil
    3 Tbs Flax meal
    1 Cup Self rising Corn Meal
    3/4 Cup Self Rising flour
    1 Can Cream style Corn
    2 Eggs
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheese
    1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

mix all ingredients well bake in muffin tins or black skillet till done.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes @ 375.
Great left over too!
