induction chili

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 large onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 can tinned tomatoes
    2 tbs. cumin
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 cup fresh corriander
    6 oz cheddar cheese
    2 tbsp. sour cream

    add a bit of water if needed

    serve with 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

Directions

chop all veg.
sautee meat and onion.
add tinned tomatoes
add spices
add garlic
once cooked (simmer about 10-15 minutes)
add fresh corriander.

Serve on top of lettuse and top with cheese and sour cream.
