Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Yams, 2 cup, cubes (Mashed to make 1-1/2c)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 c
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp


Tips

If desired, serve with Cool Whip. May also pour into pie shell. Don't forget to add the extra calories to your count for the day!


Directions

Mix all ingrediets. Pour into 6 custard cups or into casserole dish. Bake @ 350F for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
