Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey
1 package Taco Seasoning
2 C Water
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1/4 C flour
1 C Reduced fat Sour Cream
1 Can Green Chilies (7oz)
1 Package Tortilla chips (11 oz)
2 C Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (sharp) or Monterrey jack Not figured with jack cheese
1/2 C green onion - optional not figured in calorie count

This is from a Albertson's Quick Fixin' Ideas card. I'm attempting to reduce the calories by using Turkey vs Beef and Low Fat Cheese and Sour Cream
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
Brown Turkey - drain
heat water and bouillon cubes to dissolve - cool slightly.
Add taco seasoning to meat.Add green chilies. Blend flour and bouillon water till smooth. Add to meat bring to a boil till slightly thicken. Remove from heat add Sour Cream.
Place 1/2 the chips in bottom of baking dish, top with 1/2 the meat mixture and 1/2 the cheese. Add remaining chips, meat and cheese. Bake 20 minutes till cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes and cut into 12 pieces.
Serving Size: cook in 9x13 pan cut into 12 pieces
