Introduction

Like the original it is super filling. I simply subbed the milk and used homemade peanut butter. If I really want a treat, I add a scoop of chocolate flavored protein powder. Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    2 Tbsp natural Peanut Butter (homemade if you can)
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


Directions

Blend all the ingredients together with a few ice cubes.
