Sausage and Peppers - low cal

    6 links hot sausage - cooked and sliced thin
    28 cups raw red peppers chopped
    4 cups onions chopped
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup crushed garlic


Fry onions in oil till clear. Add peppers and fry all. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. Divide into 6 servings.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
