Coconut flour pancake wraps

Introduction

Kind of pancakey, but a good sandwich wrap for low-carbers/paleo folks in a pinch! Kind of pancakey, but a good sandwich wrap for low-carbers/paleo folks in a pinch!

Ingredients

    2 tbsp coconut flour
    1/4 c coconut milk
    4 egg whites
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp butter or coconut oil

Directions

combine all ingredients except butter. melt butter in skillet over medium. Add half of batter, swirl in skillet. turn after edges are brown. cook until dried out but not burnt.

Serving Size: makes 2 10 inch wraps
