I add about 4 tbsp of salsa along with some lettuce, but nix the onions. It's really good! Everyone who ate it, loved it - 7/7/09

  • Excellent! I've made this several times and everyone loves it! Also great to put on top of a salad to cut out even more carbs. I added celery seed to the seasoning also. - 6/12/11

  • I would use fresh cooked chicken breast instead of canned, along with salsa and lettuce as mentioned before. - 12/8/09

I prefer fresh chicken breast, but for a quick lunch or dinner without all the clean-up...

  • It was good, but I tweaked it a little. I don't eat onions, and I thought it needed a bit more mayo. Nice quick easy lunch. - 2/4/08
