Introduction

Chicken that is breaded in crunchy fried onion & parmesan mixture, then baked in the oven. YUM! Chicken that is breaded in crunchy fried onion & parmesan mixture, then baked in the oven. YUM!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 tbls Rice Drink or Milk
    1 can (6 oz) of French’s fried onions
    3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/3 c plain, dry, grated, Bread crumbs
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
    6 Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless Harvestland,
    2 tbsp melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the onions, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and spices in shallow dish and mix well
Put egg and milk in bowl and whisk
Dip the chicken in egg mixture.
Roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place on baking sheet and drizzle with the butter
Bake for 30 minutes to 45 mins till nice and golden brown (or until chicken registers 165 with meat thermometer)
