Introduction

I like to make this ahead as a side dish or even for brunch. the serving sizes are nice for the caloric intake and you get plenty of veggies. can spruce it up with addition spices as you want. Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 0.5 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.25 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup

Directions

layer cabbage, mushroom, onion, and garlic then pour egg substitute over the whole thing in a cassorole dish. bake covered for 35 minutes on 350. may sprinkle parmesean cheese over top, but this is NOT calculated into the caloric/nutritional information!! (my kids prefer it w cheese)
