Lunch Stir Fry

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 c fresh boiled cabbage
    1/2 medium onion
    1 large yellow bell pepper ( or your choice of color)
    2 c green snap beans
    1/2 c raw green tomato( you may substitute red)
    2 c blackeye peas
    6 tsp worcestshire sauce
    4 pats butter
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Place butter (your choice, I used real salted butter), in the wok or skillet you are using on medium heat, add ingredients and stir fry until tender enough for your taste. Salt and pepper to taste. I don't use extra salt in mine. Add water as needed to help steam and stir fry.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
