Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cup ground flax seed (I like Bob's Red Mill Organic)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 cup splenda (brown sugar blend)
    2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1

Tips

These were too moist. Next time I make them I will cut back on the Applesauce.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Fold wet ingredients into dry.
Bake for 18 minutes.
